Shipping & pickup
Dahlia tubers ship in spring, in April and May, once the risk of freezing in transit has passed. We'll email you before your order ships. Seed packets ship within a week of your order, year-round. If your order includes both, everything ships together in spring.
We ship within the contiguous United States. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, and a few states restrict plant shipments. If yours does, we'll let you know and refund that part of your order.
Pickup orders are collected at our farmstand in Moultonborough, NH. We'll send the address and pickup times with your order.
Our tuber guarantee
Every tuber we sell is a healthy division with at least one visible eye, labeled true to name. If a tuber arrives damaged, rotten or without an eye, email us within 7 days of receiving it, with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it.
Once planted, growing conditions are out of our hands, so we can't guarantee how a tuber performs in your garden. If something blooms that isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll make it right.
Refunds & cancellations
You can cancel a tuber or seed order for a full refund until it ships or is ready for pickup. Because tubers and seeds are living plant material, we can't accept returns once they've been delivered, except under our guarantee above.
Subscriptions & custom orders
Subscription spots are confirmed once payment is received. Bouquets are cut fresh on your pickup day and can't be held over if they're not collected, but a friend is always welcome to pick up for you. Details for custom and event orders, including deposits and changes, are agreed with you in writing before you pay.
Gift cards
Gift cards are digital, delivered by email through Square, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the farm: your name, email and order details, plus anything you share in a form. Payments are handled by Square; we never see or store your card number. We'll email you about your orders, and about Knollwood news only if you sign up for it. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell or share your information.
Terms
Prices and availability can change, and we may limit quantities of some varieties. Photos show the variety as it bloomed in our garden; colors vary with weather and soil. Questions about any of this? Email hello@knollwoodflowers.com.
